Encounter Overview
Emanation (Extreme) is the level 70 trial featuring Lakshmi in her enhanced form. This version introduces strict Vril resource management, high-damage mechanics, and layered positioning requirements.
The encounter is divided into three phases, with limited opportunities to replenish Vril. Efficient usage of this resource is critical to surviving Lakshmi’s empowered abilities and ultimate attacks.
Arena Overview
The fight takes place on a circular platform with open edges. Knockbacks and pull mechanics are frequent, making positioning and awareness essential.
Unlike normal mode, players begin with a limited number of Vril charges, forcing careful planning throughout the encounter.
Mechanic Archive
Vril
A limited-use defensive ability that negates or mitigates key mechanics. Players must manage charges carefully, as Vril is required to survive multiple abilities throughout the fight.
Stotram
Raidwide damage that also heals enemies during add phases. Be prepared for consistent incoming damage.
Hand of Grace
Multiple players are marked with line AoEs. These must be spaced properly to avoid overlap and preserve safe zones.
The Pull of Light
A heavy tankbuster that becomes significantly more dangerous during empowered phases.
The Path of Light
A frontal cone targeting the second-highest enmity player. This must be baited away from the group.
Alluring Arm
Combines line AoEs and circular markers. Proper positioning is required to maintain safe zones for the party.
The Pall of Light
A stack marker that must be shared by the group. In later phases, it applies a dangerous bleed if not mitigated with Vril.
Chanchala
Lakshmi enters an empowered state, increasing damage and enabling additional abilities. Many mechanics require Vril to survive in this form.
Divine Denial
A raidwide knockback that will kill players without Vril. Position near the center to avoid being knocked off.
Hand of Beauty
AoEs placed on healers that expand outward. Healers must separate while managing debuffs.
Divine Desire
Pulls all players toward the center before applying a damaging AoE. Vril negates the pull and damage.
Divine Doubt
Applies Confusion to all players. Using Vril reduces the duration. Players should spread to minimize damage to allies.
Vril Restoration
Spawns Vril orbs in set patterns. Players must navigate AoEs while collecting these to restore charges.
Alluring Embrace
Lakshmi’s ultimate attack. Players must use Vril to survive when the gauge depletes.
Add Phase (Dreamers)
Adds spawn with rotating Vril buffs. Killing buffed adds restores Vril charges. Efficient targeting is required to replenish resources.
Encounter Flow
Phase 1
The fight begins with add enemies that must be defeated before Lakshmi becomes targetable. Once active, she cycles through Hand of Grace, tankbusters, and positioning mechanics like Alluring Arm.
At intervals, Lakshmi enters Chanchala, requiring players to use Vril to survive abilities such as Divine Denial and enhanced tankbusters.
Phase 2 – Add Phase
Lakshmi becomes untargetable and summons Dreamer adds. Each add can be marked with a Vril buff, and defeating these marked targets restores Vril charges.
Players must prioritize buffed adds to ensure sufficient Vril for the next phase. Failure to manage resources properly will result in wipes during the upcoming ultimate.
The phase ends with Alluring Embrace, requiring all players to use Vril to survive.
Phase 3
Lakshmi immediately enters Chanchala, introducing Divine Doubt and heavy damage sequences. Players must use Vril strategically to reduce confusion duration and survive incoming attacks.
Mechanics become increasingly layered, combining stack markers, spreads, and Vril restoration patterns. Players must balance positioning with resource recovery.
As the fight continues, Lakshmi alternates between empowered and normal states, increasing pressure on execution.
Enrage
If Lakshmi is not defeated in time, she will repeatedly cast Divine Desire, eventually overwhelming the party.
Clean execution and efficient Vril usage are required to defeat her before enrage.
