Bozja Relic Armor

Resistance Armor is the relic armor set introduced in the Shadowbringers expansion of Final Fantasy XIV. These armor sets are obtained through participation in the Bozjan Southern Front and Zadnor battlefield zones, which are part of the Save the Queen: Blades of Gunnhildr storyline.

Unlike traditional dungeon gear, Resistance Armor is earned through large-scale battlefield engagements, skirmishes, and raid-style encounters inside the Bozja system.

Players collect special battlefield currencies and upgrade materials which are exchanged for armor pieces and enhancements.

Each stage requires participation in battlefield events and collecting upgrade currencies.

Stage 1 — Bozjan Armor

Players unlock Resistance Armor during their progression through the Bozjan Southern Front.

The armor pieces are purchased using special battlefield currencies obtained from:

  • Skirmishes

  • Critical Engagements

  • Bozjan battlefield events

Requirements

Players must first unlock the Bozjan Southern Front by progressing through the Save the Queen storyline.

Once inside the battlefield, completing events will reward the currencies required to purchase armor pieces.

Stage 2 — Augmented Bozjan Armor

After obtaining the base armor set, players can upgrade it to Augmented Bozjan Armor.

This upgrade improves the armor’s attributes and enhances its appearance.

Required Materials

Upgrade materials obtained from:

  • Critical Engagement rewards

  • battlefield currency exchanges

  • special Bozja events

These materials are exchanged through NPC vendors located in the Bozja base camp.

Stage 3 — Law’s Order Armor

The next stage of Resistance Armor progression becomes available in Zadnor, the second battlefield zone introduced in Shadowbringers.

Zadnor contains stronger enemies, additional skirmishes, and larger battlefield encounters.

How to Obtain

Players obtain materials by completing:

  • Zadnor skirmishes

  • Critical Engagement events

  • large battlefield boss encounters

These materials are exchanged for the Law’s Order Armor set.

Final Stage — Augmented Law’s Order Armor

The final upgrade stage enhances Law’s Order Armor into Augmented Law’s Order Armor.

This upgrade provides improved stats and final visual enhancements.

Requirements

Players must continue participating in Zadnor content to collect the required upgrade materials.

Common activities include:

  • Zadnor battlefield events

  • Critical Engagement bosses

  • large-scale raid encounters

Once enough materials are collected, players can upgrade their armor through Bozja NPC vendors.

Best Resistance Armor Farming Strategy

The most efficient way to obtain Resistance Armor is to participate in organized skirmish and critical engagement farming groups.

Recommended approach:

  1. Join a Bozja instance with active skirmish farming

  2. Participate in Critical Engagement boss fights

  3. Progress through the Save the Queen storyline

  4. Farm Zadnor events for higher-tier upgrades

Because Bozja rewards multiple currencies simultaneously, consistent battlefield participation will gradually unlock the entire armor set.
