FFXIV FATE Mounts Guide
FATE mounts in Final Fantasy XIV are earned through large-scale FATE systems, Shared FATE progression, gemstone vendors, and special zone events. Many of these mounts are tied to long-term open-world progression and collectible currency farming.

Shared FATE Progression
Shared FATE systems were introduced in Shadowbringers and expanded in later expansions. Completing FATEs within an expansion zone increases Shared FATE rank, unlocking additional gemstone vendor rewards and collectible items.
Many FATE mounts require large numbers of Bicolor Gemstone Vouchers, making them some of the longer-term open-world mount grinds in FFXIV.
Special FATE Mounts
Some mounts are tied to unique large-scale FATE encounters that spawn under special conditions or on timers. These events often reward unique currencies used to purchase mounts, minions, glamour items, and orchestrion rolls.
Because these FATEs are community-driven events, players often organize groups or zone-wide callouts when they spawn.
