Dungeon Overview
Haukke Manor sends adventurers into a haunted estate deep within the Black Shroud. Once the home of House Dartancours, the manor has long since fallen into darkness and is now infested with voidsent servants and corrupted attendants.
Compared to earlier dungeons, Haukke Manor introduces more exploration and key-based progression. The layout includes locked rooms, branching corridors, and optional treasure chambers that can be skipped by groups focused on speed.
Combat remains manageable, but the bosses begin introducing mechanics that reward proper positioning, interrupt usage, and add prioritization.
Dungeon Objectives
- Find the Green Key
- Find the Yellow Key
- Find the Bloody Parchment
- Defeat Lady Amandine
Walkthrough Highlights
Manor Key Progression
The manor layout revolves around collecting Tiny Keys and unlocking doors to progress through the estate.
Many side rooms contain optional treasure coffers, but most groups skip these areas and instead collect only the keys required to reach the bosses.
Recommended Route
For faster progression, most parties follow a direct path:
- Head left at the entrance hallway and clear the first side room to obtain a Tiny Key.
- Continue through the hallway to the right-side chamber and unlock the next door.
- Collect the next Tiny Key and proceed to the Ivy Door.
- Defeat Manor Claviger to obtain the Green Key.
- Return to the Ivy Door and unlock the path to the basement.
Basement Section
After jumping down into the basement, the dungeon becomes more linear. Follow the corridors until reaching the locked chamber containing the Yellow Key.
Once obtained, return to the Carnation Door and continue toward the next boss encounter.

Boss Encounters
Manor Claviger
Key Mechanics
Sweet Steel — Untelegraphed frontal cleave that deals heavy physical damage.
Void Fire II — Interruptible AoE spell usually targeted on a ranged player.
Dark Mist — Large point-blank AoE around the boss.
Strategy Notes
Tanks should keep the boss facing away from the party to prevent accidental cleave damage. Interrupting Void Fire II reduces incoming pressure on the healer.
If available, Dark Mist can be stopped with a stun to prevent unnecessary damage.
Failure Points
The main danger is careless positioning. Non-tanks standing in front of the boss may be eliminated quickly by Sweet Steel.
Manor Jester and Manor Steward
Key Mechanics
Ice Spikes (Jester) — Interruptible spell that reflects damage.
Soul Drain (Steward) — Large point-blank AoE around the boss.
Strategy Notes
This encounter introduces a simple priority mechanic. The Manor Jester deals more damage but has less health, making it the ideal first target.
After defeating the Jester, the Steward becomes much easier to handle.
Failure Points
Splitting damage between both enemies or ignoring interrupts can cause unnecessary healing pressure.
Lady Amandine
Key Mechanics
Gaze Attack (Manor Sentry) — The add casts a large purple eye marker. Players must turn their characters away to avoid being petrified.
Lady’s Handmaiden — Add that casts Stoneskin on the boss if left alive.
Seduce — Forces players to walk slowly toward Lady Amandine while another gaze attack occurs.
Void Fire III — Interruptible spell.
Void Thunder III — Tankbuster attack.
Dark Mist — Large point-blank AoE around the boss.
Strategy Notes
The encounter cycles through multiple add phases. Players should eliminate the Lady’s Handmaiden quickly to prevent the boss from gaining defensive buffs.
During gaze mechanics, turning away from the Manor Sentry prevents petrification. Positioning between the boss and the add can sometimes allow melee players to maintain uptime safely.
Interrupting Lady Amandine’s spells helps keep the fight controlled.
Failure Points
Most wipes come from players failing to turn away during gaze attacks or allowing the Handmaiden to repeatedly shield the boss.
Notable Enemies
- Attic Bat
- Carpet Stain
- Manor Maidservant
- Divan Mold
- Manor Sentry
- Corpsefly
- Manor Servitor
- Servitor’s Lantern
- Attack Hound
- Lady’s Handmaiden
Difficulty Assessment
Haukke Manor represents a noticeable step up from earlier ARR dungeons due to its more complex layout and its reliance on add mechanics.
The dungeon introduces:
- key-based exploration
- interruptible boss abilities
- add prioritization
- gaze mechanics
While the fights remain manageable, the final encounter begins teaching players mechanics that will appear frequently in later content.

Guildmaster Notes
Few places in the Black Shroud feel as quietly unsettling as Haukke Manor.
Once a noble estate, the halls now whisper with voidsent servants and lingering tragedies tied to House Dartancours.
Those who pass through its doors rarely forget the feeling that the manor itself is watching them.
